If you submit the website inquiry form, you may provide information such as your name, work email address, company, website, what your company sells, the approximate value of a customer, current advertising spend, goals, and other details included in your message.

Information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether the service is a fit, communicate about requested services, and maintain reasonable business records.

Sharing

Forthsignal does not sell your personal information. Inquiry information is sent to a private Google Sheet and the private Forthsignal Growth OS workspace so it can be reviewed, qualified, and answered. Information may also be handled by service providers that support website hosting, email, analytics, or business operations, or disclosed when required by law.

Website data

The website host may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser information, and request logs. The inquiry form also records the page and referral or campaign parameters associated with a submission so Forthsignal can understand how the inquiry arrived. Forthsignal uses Meta Pixel to measure visits and inquiry conversions from ads. Meta may receive the page URL, browser data, and the fact that an inquiry was submitted.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, and business records. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
